Bill Miller Bar-B-Q Headquarters

The new $60 million Bill Miller Bar-B-Q Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas houses corporate offices, a large-scale commissary, a multi-level smokehouse and a warehouse. Built in two phases, MK Marlow provided Cold-Formed Metal Framing, Thermal Insulation, Gypsum Board Assemblies and Specialty Acoustical and all associated scope throughout the 335,000-square-foot facility.

Moisture resistant products were installed in the manufacturing wet areas and MK Marlow furnished and installed intricate acoustic ceiling systems across administrative areas to reduce noise and enhance the office environment. Additionally, the team self-performed custom wood cladding at the main elevator and installation of custom wood ceilings using 9Wood specialty panels.
